how to sync email signature on hubspot

There a 2 types of email on Hubspot. Shared email addresses, and personal email addresses.
In both case, you can benefit from a sync email signature, thanks to Sigilium. 

Here is how to proceed :

1. Install a sync email signature on HubSpot, for a shared email address.

For shared email addresses (ex : contact@ or billing@...), setting is ususally done when you're adding your email channel initially. But you can modify it anytime:
Settings > General > Email > Inbox Parameters > Modify

1. Click on add an email signature.
2. Verify HTML mode is selected.
3. Paste the email signature inside the block ( use .png version for an auto-update of the signature).
   
   

If you haven't started sync your email channel, you'll see this message :

2. Sync an email signature on HubSpot, for a dedicated email address. 

Adding an email signature for personnal exchanges, has to be done at user's level :

Settings > General > Email > Modify the email signature
